Background
When David and Karen purchased Bikram Yoga Dallas, they also got the bikramyoga.com and bikramyogadallas.com domains and existing website. The good news is that these are both great names and the existing site was doing well in relevant search terms. That said, the site was unattractive, poorly organized, not very comprehensive, and had lots of out-of-date content. Why? Making changes wasn't easy. With special events cropping up regularly and class schedule changes, this delay meant that the owners weren't really able to use their site as an effective way to communicate with their students.

Goals & Requirements
David and Karen wanted to retain the good search engine placement, but make the website more effective and central to their business. First off, the site needed to reflect the improved, clean design changes they'd made in the studio. Second, they wanted the site to be restructured and organized so that visitors could get to what they wanted quickly. Last, because they so regularly have special classes and other events, it was vital that they be able to edit the site themselves.

Results
Bikram Yoga Dallas' new site is managed by the studio owners. They've received a lot of positive feedback on the look, ease-of-use, and timeliness of information. Karen and David love how easy it is to keep the site current.
